Xbox 360 Help pls

Ok so this isnt GTA V but their is no gta IV section.
If i load up gta 4 with a stealth on im good to go, everything works just fine(i play with no mods).
If i load up without a stealth i freeze on the loading screen.
I have no idea why this is, being on any stealth fixes it. If you know the problem please let me know what it is and hopefully a fix.
I don't want to play online and having to find a stealth and buy kvs is very annoying

also this is just gta 4, gta 5 works fine without a stealth

If your kv is banned just put a free server on and try i don't play gta 4 so not sure why that happens

Read the post carefully. I want to play offline, i don't need a unbanend kv to play offline. Idk why it freezes when not online or connected to live though.

flash your console or make gta 4 again on your hdd
