Would you rather experience a sharp pain in your side each time someone says your name or have a bell sound each time you are aroused?

I'd personally have a bell when I'm aroused, thing be going off like an alarm ;)

sharp pain. easy.. a bell around me when i'm aroused.. my god people will be terrified :O
