Would love some help for a logo

Hey guys so I setup a website for a friend, it's for his electrical company.

I would love some help with the logo.

This is what I have so far.



Can someone remove the blue background in the logo?


Or if possible it would be cool to see if someone can create a much better logo than what we have. It's for this site:

I could completely redesign one for you, but I need to get commercial use of the font before I actually go ahead and give it to you to use for the website, I can download it for free, show you a preview and if you like it I'll invest in the payment for commercial use of it.

It looks pretty nice, but I don't think it's going to match the website theme. I don't think blue font will be good on the blue backgorund.




My friend wants to be able to also print the logo on papers for his company. I was thinking if someone could just remove the blue background on the website and then make the actually logo black so it shows up on papers.

The logo right now is just text on the website it's not actually a logo so I couldn't do it for him.
