This is wireshark, If you've never heard of wireshark its basically a network tool now you may have seen some videos,

On youtube about Omegle and people trolling them with there IP's etc etc,

That will explain what it is and does etc.

Now i've released this source here first off as its OPEN source and i've never seen it posted, 

Mainly due to not alot of people not knowing about it point blank.

Trust me unless they know what they are doing they won't get jack sh!t from it, Just trying to use wireshark is hard and you need to know what you are doing as it grabs all IP's with the packets aswell and you need to know which one is the correct one its not as simple as ohh here it is. So we are safe for now lol.
