Microsoft Paint, fun and easy to use.

Use the most and favorite definitely are not unrelated. I use FireFox the most and it's not my favorite tool or program.

I don't really have a favorite program I use. I suppose Spotify could fit the bill, gotta have my music. I listen to electro-swing type stuff mostly, keeps me on task.
