What kind of job staff is doing here?

We have here 2or 3 active staff members,who are online 8-12 hours in day and all what we could see is lots of spammers and is this so big.
Or staff just filing requests etc in paid areas and don´t have time to make modding.
And no hiring new staff,who will move away spam posts .

staff work as hard as they can we cant check every post being made or find past spam threads that we have missed it takes time we have a life to we have been talking about getting more staff this will come in to play as soon as possible
