What is your opinion on animal poaching?

I just read "Poaching has reached an all-time high. 96 elephants are killed a day on average." on Reddit.

Personally, I find it disgusting. What do you think?

It is awful. These animals don't deserve that. Disgusts me.

I think domestic animal abuse is 1000x worse though.

In my opinion it's horrible. Killing these animals that are almost extinct. They are trying to fix the issue but it isn't going too well.

Keeping them in captivity in zoos as well is also bad in my mind but at least they are kept safer than in the wild.
