What is the best way to get into hacking?

Ok so here's my situation. I think I might have gotten off the wrong foot about hacking. So I might decide on starting all over again. So, here's what I ask, and I want advice. What do I do to learn? What are some objectives I should have? What do you think I need to know about hacking? What should I do?

I am not Professional But as per my best knowledge star learning and practicing. There are lot of Computer Coding Languges Some of i can suggest these some Languages told to me by my teacher some years ago { HTML, C , C++, Java, Perl, Python } Now a days there are lot more to learn about. I Suggest just start with current generations basics. (IF You are Totally New To C0D!NG)
