To me it feels like it was made in Paint,
There's no real structure, colour match or whatsoever.

I'd take a look at examples online, maybe download a few PSD's in case you're using Photoshop to see how people do it and then walk from there.
1/10 is my rating on this.

Keep in mind that I'm not hating on what you've done but giving you criticism which is what you have asked for.
