Watermarking videos

I think that's the right thread.
Since the watermark is a Graphic you make with Photoshop or something :d
but the question is... 

What software allows you to watermark the video in it's own format ? I mean like... adding the watermark on top of the video without changing the format of the video?

My troubles were,  if you had to watermark a video, I had to choose which format the video output would be in... and it would take ages with my equipment to process that video.
because the format changes etc.
I'm sorry if I'm asking wrong or if I'm in the wrong section, but it has something to do with graphics and maybe some of you know how to.

Basically it's about watermarking as FAST as possible.

Bandicam allows you to do so. It adds it when recording, but you can't see it until you watch it yourself.

Make a watermark on something like photoshop, and you can drop it in on Sony Vegas :)

You will have to export it either way. Just use a lower bitrate.
