I was just wondering what other people's views on piracy are. Personally I hate it, I think people who design something and need or even want to monetize their own work should not have to deal with people who will incorrectly use it purely because it's seen as a free resource for them.

I don't oppose it; I'm not supremely wealthy so I won't buy some $960/yr program just so I can recolor a shirt or remove transparency in an image. It's the creator's problem for not dealing with this said piracy.

I can't say I'm against it, since I download pirated movies occasionally.

I'm mixed about it because theres a lot of people who just want these private sources or to see these movies but they cant afford it.

We know it's not right. We still do it. Also, yes the devs can step it up and deal with piracy or even take more legal action.

Viewing from a pirater perspective - "It's dumb". "Just Make it Free"

Viewing from the company where the software was pirated

- "Tahts Dumb" "WTF it tooks a long time to make this"
