Hello, and welcome to the Demon Forums' Staff Team. As a representative of Demon Forums and everything that goes with it, you must relinquish yourself from whatever poison binds through you, and instead attach yourself to a fulfilling career on the website, filled with a fashion of grammar and maturity. As a staff member, you're expected to set the lines straight and do your job correctly, while still maintaining a good profile of yourself. There's no room for negativity from other members, so it's just implied that you'll be needing to set a good example for others one way or another. When you set a good example for members, you set a good example for Demon Forums. You act how a staff member will act, nothing less. You're not going to act like a little shithead, nor are you going to act like an inexperienced member. You're a Demon Forums staff member, and you're expected to amount to that title respectively.
Grammar
I'm not asking you to act like Shakespeare's son, I'm asking you to be decent-enough. If you're not using grammar correctly, you're not going to cut it. You set an example for Demon Forums, and so you must make each and every post look like its been spent with time and effort. This includes but not limited to;
- Start your sentence with a capital letter and end it with a period.
- Use punctuation correctly, http://www.ef.com/english-resources/engl...nctuation/
- Proper nouns should be capitalized. Proper nouns are the names of a specific person, place, or thing. (Demon Forums, Timothy, Samsung, etc)
Proof-read every post you are to make. Pedantic mistakes are usually acceptable, but you have to keep them to a minimum.
