Bright with spells of rainy showers every so often. Cold winds with lows of 4 degrees and highs of 9. Bright clouds coming in around noon with showers continuing on throughout the evening.

It's pretty cold in the morning but it starts to warm up as the day goes by. And of course, occasional rain.
