"LEGO" 
1.Go to main LEGO website and sign up/log in 
2.Go to products, and find a LEGO set with the piece/pieces you want 
3.Remember/copy the ID # (For example, LEGO City Deep Sea Scuba Scooter #60090) 
4.Go to shop tab and scroll all the way down and find "Missing parts" (Should be a small grey texted button) 
5.Click on missing bricks, and put in your age/where you live 
6. Type in ID # and choose the bricks you want by clicking "add to bag" under each one (Keep in mind, you can only order a max of what it brings, and don't try and order every single one of them, it looks too obvious) 
7. Continue by adding an address and it should be shipped to you by USPS in a couple of days (Comes in a parcel, which has a bag full of the pieces you requested

This work, sometimes they ask pictures, just fake it or try again.
