Suggestion Award

I suggested this when the forum was in its early development and it was pushed to the side for when the forum grew bigger which its increased in over 2K members since but its to have new awards such as a, 
Thumbs up award for when you hit a certain amount of likes.
A referrer award when you referrer over 50 users to the site.
& a yearly tick for being a member of Demon forums.
EG: 1 line down - 1 year
2 lines down - 2 years 

Just some small suggestions :P

Half year and full year is already implemented in the way of a little title bar on your post bit. I like the other awards though. And I agree with them.
