Spam!

Why is there so much spam this is why i left another forum.
Why can't there be a system in place to limit a post for new member to only post once every 15-30 minutes.
I know how it is if you really need something an it's just 1 or 2 thing's it's not that hard to spam for 5 minutes when staff is offline get what you need and go.
i feel better now time to get something to eat ..
