I was trying to contact a service support and no contacts were working. After searching around i found a Skype username but it wasn't possible to add to Skype using the add contact feature. The solution i found was to craft a link to invoke skype protocol and add the contact. Here is the list of all accepted protocol commands.

Call: skype:username?call
Add: skype:username?add
Chat: skype:username?chat
View profile: skype:username?userinfo
Leave a voicemail: skype:username?voicemail
Send file: skype:username?sendfile

To take a step further i develop a app that only require the Skype username.
