There are three types of positive keywords :

First one is exact match It is written like this [plastic surgeon]
search that would trigger ad => plastic surgeon or plastic surgeons
Second type is phrase match It is written like this “plastic surgeon”
search that would trigger ad => plastic surgeon in san diego or local plastic surgeon
Third one has two different types it’s called broad match It is written like this plastic surgeon
search that would trigger ad => cosmetic surgeon or rhinoplasty
The other type in broad match is broad match modifier It is written like this +plastic+surgeon
search that would trigger ad => plastic and reconstructive surgeon or top surgeons in plastic surgery
