Screen Lock Builder

What it does?

Screen Lock Builder lets you generate a portable .exe that locks the user’s screen with your own message and rules (e.g., disable Task Manager, block Command Prompt, and optional auto-close at a specific date/time).

This project is really old — I released the first version back in 2015.

How to use

These files have to be in same folder: ScreenLockBuilderV2.exe and ScreenLockStub.exe
Do not remove ScreenLockStub.exe, if you remove it you cant create new ScreenLock file!

(1) Put ScreenLockBuilderV2.exe and ScreenLockStub.exe in the same folder.

(2) Run ScreenLockBuilderV2.exe.


Set

• Password (required)
  
• -Lock screen message (optional;”)
  
• -Executable name (e.g., LockScreen)
  

(Optional) Toggle features:

• Auto-startup (run on system boot)
  
• Disable Task Manager
  
• Block Command Prompt
  
• (Optional) Auto-close:
  
• Tick “Enable auto-close”
  
• Enter a date/time when the lock screen should close automatically.
  
• Click Create. The builder generates your lock executable (named from “Executable name”, e.g., LockScreen.exe)
