Scheduling Things

So one of my biggest pet peeves is when I schedule something with a person or they tell me a specific time or time-frame and the plan is completely ignored and there is no notification as to why or any effort shown by the other party to inform that the plan has changed.

For example, my Uncle is a prime offender of this, he tells me to be ready by 6:30. Knowing him well enough, I know that means be ready by around 8 or 8:30. Normally he'll give me 5 or 6 excuses after he stops by or whatever we're doing at the time. But it just fucking annoys me.

Moral of my rant: don't fucking tell a person a time or time-frame and not stick to it. If you can't stick to it, give the other party an actual reason and inform them why you deviated from the plan. Its rude as all hell not to do that, its common courtesy.
