SJU Student Threatens and Allegedly Assaults Fellow Classmate

Trouble was brewing over a Donald Trump sticker Wednesday on the Queens campus of St. John’s University.

A student at the private college had a cup of green tea tossed in his face after he threatened on Twitter to smash a classmate’s computer because of her allegiance to the GOP front-runner. Clifford Durand, 18, posted a photo of an unsuspecting fellow student with a “Trump Make America Great Again” sticker on her laptop and asked his followers to share the image.

“7000 retweets and i’ll smash this b***h’s computer,” Durand wrote in the post, which his friends claimed was a joke.

The picture was retweeted more than 16,000 times within four hours of being posted online.

When 20-year-old Trump supporter Brianna Algazali was told that her picture was going viral she complained to the school’s public safety office and confronted Durand.

Several witnesses at the Fresh Meadows campus watched as the heated Trump backer threw her Matcha water on Durand.

“She raised her voice and she threw her drink on him,” a friend of Durand told the Daily News. “He looked like he was in shock. I went towards him to hold him back.”

Some students present claimed that Durand struck Algazali after he was hit with the hot beverage. He admitted as much in one of dozens of tweets he sent before his account was suspended by the social media giant.

SHE THREW HER STARBUCKS AT ME AFTER CUSSING ME OUT AND SHE GOT SHOVED IN THE NECK,” Durand tweeted after the Trump-induced dust-up.

"She asked him to take down the post and he said ‘make me,' " another student said.

In a sense you can argue that she was in the wrong for cussing him out but he still retaliated.  What's more is that he threatened her and allegedly assaulted her in retaliation.  Her life may not be the same because some buffoon decided to tweet out a threat of vandalism.  With around 20k+ retweets her face has gone viral and we have even seen people making fun of her and threatening her as well.  We can see that she was psychologically damaged and was frustrated about the threat.  This frustration, embarrassment, and fear most likely lead her to confront him; which can be justified in some sense.  In this case he can get more charges/misdemeanors/felonies than she could.  One could even argue that this was sexism(even though I dislike modern retarded feminism).  In many socieities women are given a higher level of respect and if a women throws a cup of cofee at you many times men shouldn't react.  For example, you break up with your girlfriend.  She does the cliche pour water over your head movie act.  Would you be outraged and punch her(allegdly)?  If so if you were harrassing her before is that not just cause to pour water over you?

There is even a video (I will have to look for it) showing him leaving the building laughing and hollering about how the university "can't hold him".

He is a black lives matter fan that states the terms "racist" or "bigot" or "privilege" every five minutes.

Basically a college student said he would smash a "bitchs" computer because she had a trump sticker on it.  He was then confronted by her and she said to delete as she was getting internet fame (it got 20k+) retweets.  She was receiving death threats, harassment, and defamation as her name was public.  He supposedly said "make me" and she started cussing him out.  The two got into  an argument and she threw her water at him.  Once this happened it is believed that she was strangled/shoved in the neck.  I just added my own stance which was that they should both face consequences but the guy, cliff durand (instigator), is getting support from black lives matter saying he dindu nuffin.  He was let off with a simple warning although if the roles were switched we'd definitely be seeing a court case.
