Require a picture

I believe if you're posting something like a program for a tool I needed anything of that sort there should be at least one picture needed in the thread so the user doesn't have to always credits if they do not want to go. Plus you get to see if you like it.


Example: @bigdaddymodz nothing against him this is the first thread I saw.
