i dont know how to make one if you know what i mean so i was looking in youtube  and didnt find one for base

isnt any tutorial of how to create a GTA V menu base, u need to figure it by ur own or use an existing one

All these people who replied to this are skids and think they godfathers and try to be cool, If you want to make your own base I would start learning how to code and start learning in the 2much4u menu base to get started. There are videos on how to code a sprx by Faze Modz.
