Request Help With Menu

I am trying to add a feature to my menu where you can give people a certain rank and or a certain amount of exp. I am using the give and take rp coding, but I can not seem to figure out how to make options to give them certain exp or rank. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
