Request HELP WITH GTA 5 GEOLOCATION CODE FOR PS3

Guys i have the geo location code for gta 5 ps3 and i already put in my menu, but i don´t know when i go to gta 5 and chose 1 player for see information, is not appearing the country, isp , zip code etc.. anyone know how to configure for see country in player info.
