If you want to use a title update to load a custom design then just use sprites.

load your custom sprite into the title update. then call it using same method.

If yous need a more precise method for this then let me know I may make a tutorial.

You can also load them directly from your hdd. This is alot more complex but can be done. This is how I load my custom textures.
