Question about file transfer sites. (Sorry if I am just stupid :P)

I am not sure if this is a very stupid question or not, it probably is because I am asking it, but something I have been wondering is,

Why can't you find all the downloads from a file transfer site on Google?

For instance on Mega, if people have named a file "accounts". Why can't you do something on Google like,

"Accounts" site:mega.nz

Or something similar to that which would bring up lots of download links?

I heard it has something to do with it being in a server or something? A secure server?

My main question is, there is a URL for the downloads, why can't you search for them on search engines? And if they aren't indexed on here, can they in any way be found with Tor?

I'm fairly certain that stuff isn't indexed because of security reasons.

Right now I can't feel my heart.

He made me put this for one credit.

Well yes obviously it's so people can't go getting everyone's downloads. But I just want to know how it doesn't show up on Google? Mega shows up in general, the download links are mega links, so how doesn't it show up on Google or when you use a website crawler or something?

You'll have to ask Mega about that, though like Aimi said, it's probably just a matter of privacy.

Well it's not just Mega :P All file transfer sites. They have URL's you must go to in order to download the file, why are you not able to find them on Google. That's all I am wondering, but doesn't matter.
