[Question] Tool as Controller with JRPC, xDevkit, XRPC, XDRPC

Hello Boy, Girls and Helicopters.
I have a idea but idk if this is possible.
I want to make a XBox Controller as Tool.

Still not know what i mean?
I mean If i click a button on my tool, then the tool sends a command to the XBox that execute a Button Press (like Cheat Menus)
