Photoshop Problem

It don't let me blend 2 images any ideas on why its doing this

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do. To make an image translucent and show another image behind it, adjust the opacity of the layer

If it wont let you auto blend 2 layer, then hold control and select both of the layers then the option should be available.
