PayPal Problems...

So everytime i make a paypal it works for 1 payment and then after that it will not let me send money.
Its not Limited and i have $100+ in it.

It's been like this for the past couple of days and honestly i hate getting on the phone with PayPal because they're autistic.

But if you know how to at all fix this problem let me know...

Honestly couldnt tell you but im sure youve tried signing in and out, all i could say is contact paypal.

id get a preused xbox one, if youre lucky then owner before you would have bought a new one and buys the games via market.. youd get all the games he buys for free even after gamestop resets the xbox. this happened to my brother and we get aton of new games. got fallout 4 the day after release, 2k16 a week after, and ufc 2 3 days after.
