Need Help Buying BTC

Sorry if this is the wrong section. I looked around and didn't see a crypto section, so here it is.

I really wanna upgrade on here, but I have no bitcoin; only CC, but can't find a legit place/person to buy it from.
I refuse to use localbitcoins, since spending $18 only gets me $5 in bitcoin, and that's the lowest rate.

Anyone know how I can buy bitcoin easier or a trusted user that trades?

No worries. I would try to help with what you're asking but have not used Bitcoin before.

Welll it's ok. I used a different cc number through paypal checkout and it worked. Now I'm just waiting for approval. I PM'd the guy I'm supposed to with the required info. Just hoping he gets on soon. Is this upgrade worth it?
