To keep it short:

Age 2 or 3 I sprayed X14 in my eyes. (Grease remover for those who don't know.)
I'm 25 now, and still wear contacts and glasses. I was also told I'd be fully blind one day, earlier than most.

Anyways. even with my contacts or glasses I cant read properly. Not pc screen, book, or anything.
Does anyone know a program or something where I can put in text and have it say it out loud?

Damn man, not one person would even anwer?
That's mean.

Did you try consulting a doctor about surgery as an option? As far as I know modern technology has many ways to reconstruct the lens.. try also going to multiple eye doctors.
Anyway, I know that blind people have this kind of software for using the computer, I think this might help:

You should get yourself one of them Stephen Hawking wheelchairs that talk. But seriously, you can try a text to speech program or something. There are free online versions too.

I believe naturalreaders offers a very decent program for your needs.
Far as your eyesight, I'd get a second opinion and possibly consider surgical options to repair and heal your failing eyesight.

Medical technology takes so many leaps and bounds in only a couple of years so much that a new alternative may be available for you.
