I just discovered this new spotify account generator. It seems to be a newly developing site, and the accounts look fresh and updated.

The website feels a bit odd to use, it took me a bit to figure out. It seems to be the following:
1. Enter a temporary code (these don't seem to be reusable, you need a new one every time)
2. Verify you aren't a bot
3. Click the button, then click it again
4. Scroll down and click the premium/student/family account
5. Go through the 2 or 3 url shortners
6. Enter the code you entered at the start, make sure to press enter
7. Click the button
8. Click the switch
9. DONE!
10. If you need another just click the button underneath and restart the process
