jailbroken iphone wont switch on past the apple logo and i don't want to restore the phone, any programs out there to fix this issue without losing data?

soft reseting it or trying to switch it on puts it into a loop

try redsn0w tool. its old, but old is the best... it can reset and get phones out of bootloops quite easy
