Hacking: Hacking is the gaining of access(wanted or unwanted) to a computer and viewing, copying, or creating data(leaving a trace) without the intention of destroying data or maliciously harming the computer.

Come to think of it, it usually means that the certain individual under these circumstances are unaware that you modified the Xbox, account, etc; and the current simplest term in our world would be 'Hacking' if the result were to be anything near to the definition of the word, apparently. So, if I were you, I'd just flow like a river and mind it.
