Suggest the best Social Engineering method you followed to make an user open an MS Office word file.

Send them an email, attach the file as a payslip. In an email after exclaim it was for another person, most people's curiosity gets the better of them.

I agree with sxcqax. Best way is to count on users curiosity. Let them stumble over some interesting filename. share a folder with legitimate files, put your document inside the folder (or a zip archive) and name it ~$notes.docx so it looks like some accidental leftover. Share the  folder via mega or GoogleDrive. Keep in mind that Google scans every file you upload. I don't know about mega.
