Marketplace Question

I have 2 questions/issues:
1. So, I recently purchased an Upgrade but still haven't received any confirmation or code to redeem.
2. I wanted to to post a thread in the marketplace using an image as product banner, but as soon as I wanted to post the message pops up with "you have a link in your post". I  used a normal imgur  link  in the [img] braces
