Here is a step-by-step proccess to use with blogger but you can use with wordpress.com or self hosted wordpress instalation. Using blogger will make your blog rank in google more faster and you don't need to create any backlink as traffic will start comming in for the content you have. Also this is currently unsaturated but if lot of people start doing the same, it will be eventually get saturated.

How to
There is a popular blog and file hosting service that i use for this project and it's www.allyoulike.com and www.rarefile.net
1) Grab all the RSS feeds from the www.allyoulike.com
2) Create a RSSMix.com or grab this one (http://www.rssmix.com/u/8290653/rss.xml)
3) Visit www.blogtrottr.com and copy/paste (http://www.rssmix.com/u/8290653/rss.xml) and point to your email
4) Visit your email and confirm the blogtrottr feed
5) Register a blog at blogger and create a blogger email (Note: You can not use @blogger.com with blogtrottr)
6) In gmail create a filter with "from" field blogtrottr and forward to your @blogger.com email. Then delete any emails comming from blogtrottr
7) Confirm the email forward in your blogger front page and delete the message
8) All set...
Information
Blogger only allow 100 to 150 messages per day so some posts may not arrieve to the blog but this doesn't really matter as you will have plenty of content to use. In my attempt to make this run i made 200 views/uniques on the first day and the second 500 views/uniques and it was constantly growing as post where getting delivered. The more time you get this running the more you will have, so setup a popup account or javascript miner to monetize. Do not use advertising as blogtrottr already fill the gap with their advertising.
Notes:
1) Don't blame me if you get into troubles.
2) Your blog can be shutdown if any complain is made to blogger support
3) Any user can try to shutdown your posts by clicking in the unsubscribe button but this will be a failed attempt as you need to confirm in your email.
