For me, I've stayed up an entire week without sleep.

I think it's like 2 days or something. I once did a 24 or 48 hour live stream with one of my friends.

My longest has been 27 hours I guess. You get tired if you aren't doing much like watching TV or using your PC, but if you do activities, you don't even notice that you are tired.

When I stayed up for a week, I was literally playing Black Ops 1, Watching Anime, Eating, Played basketball during the day, and programming. lol.
