I haven't done it that many times, only two times, and both of the times worked for me. So in my case, a 100 % of the times. 
However, if you were to submit a poor case, no proper evidence, lack of creativity, just overall were lazy, it may not work. 
The more effort you put into it, the better you are at it and all, the higher chance. I know that the person who's selling this method, wins every case.
So in his case, 100 % as well, and he does it a lot, so if you are good at it, you can get anyone banned. 

Just don't report 10 people per day, using the same story, same lines, have some space in-between and come up with something new. Be original, my friend.  :yus:

Indeed, one of the guys I tested this on, he got so pissed, lmao.
I went to school with him, should of seen it, he was ranting so much and I almost couldn't stop laughing at it.
I never actually told him it was me, I think he would of killed me or something.
