Lamborghini Huracán brake shudder – anyone fixed this without new rotors?

Got a 2017 Huracán that's been developing a pretty noticeable steering wheel wobble under hard braking from 140 down, and I'm trying to figure out if it's pad deposits or actual rotor warping. I don't track the car, just weekend drives around Dubai and the occasional blast to Abu Dhabi. I was reading through a Lamborghini maintenance guide online and saw a link that said "View More" about the difference between pad transfer layers and true rotor runout, which got me thinking maybe I just need a proper bedding in procedure rather than dropping 10k on new carbon ceramics. Has anyone here successfully fixed brake shudder on a Huracán by simply replacing the pads and rebedding them, or am I just delaying the inevitable? Also curious if any independent shop in Dubai has a brake lathe that can handle carbon ceramic rotors or if that's strictly a dealer thing. Really don't want to throw money at the wrong solution.
