Greetings to everyone, and thank you for your interest in the 3rd edition of DF News. I'm extremely excited to present you this week's edition, I've been working hard on it and the first thing I want done is for you to be aware of what we're planning on. Before you scroll down, please do read the information below as it may be helpful to you.
First off, we've been having trouble deciding when the editions should be released. Considering the activity, we want to make sure the effort we're pushing is worth it. Nevertheless, we've decided to give it a shot and prepare the editions weekly. We believe that the soon-to-be articles included in DF News will be more useful if were to keep it on a short timeline, therefore you can be aware of the juicy goods before any deadlines hit.
This week's activity has been a blast. We've been encountering posts numbers as high as over the hundreds. We were amazed by the dedication from the users of DF, and so the staff team decided to raise the daily post goal. It's certainly a good week for DemonForums, and we'll be sure to improve even more if we continue.
Have you seen those new eye colors yet? Thanks to @Red and @Axe's collaboration, it seems that DemonForums has its very own niche when it comes to userbars and awards. The awards are now rocking new icons and are now circle-shaped. As for userbars, you will now notice a icon at the left-hand corner of the image. These icons would help better identify the given position and give you a better idea of what it is. It's certainly been a great improvement, and effort is far more commendable than I could have imagined. Be sure to send a message to those two about how you're psyched about the new images. And if you have any suggestions, be sure to direct them at the Suggestions forum. We'd love to hear them and see what you're interested in.
We're not forgetting about @HaXzz either, he has shaped into what DemonForums is and we wouldn't have gotten this far without his capabilities in programming. More often than not, we get to see him working his magic around the Award category. He's specifically been working on the userbit side and the profile awards display. Thanks to his work, it is more organized and visually cleaner. Be sure to send him a thanks on your way out, I'm sure it'd go a long way for him.
On a less happier note, we've lost one of our staff members to the void. @Malcolm has been a great impact on the team and has shown commitment throughout his time. He's frankly one of the best members I've ever encountered. No matter the task, it seems as though he'd fight through it until the end. From all of us at DemonForums, we'll miss you and we hope you'll return to your rightful position as staff very soon.
Last but not least, we're happy to report that DemonForums has gone a long way and took on the achievement of over 10,000 members registered to date in under such a small amount of time. The age of DemonForums is starting to peak around 2 consecutive years and we've already noticed activity jumping up to over 1,000 posts. Having a look at the statistics, it's safe to say the forum is just getting started. Pat yourselves on the back if you've helped DF get this far, you seriously deserve it.
