If a Zombie Apocalypse Happened, What's The First Weapon You'd Use?

For me, I would use an axe. I will start cutting zombies head off.

I would probably use the same weapon as you a axe I would find the most secure location I can and then when most off them have been killed I shall then go out and do my dirty work and just hit them all as hard as I can and aim for the head as that would be the easiest way to kill them. I think. My idea might be shit I mean let me know on ways I could improve it I guess.
O and before hand I would try to sock up on all the food I can get my hands on

I'd probably use a longsword or an AR-15 due to the high amounts of ammo and parts where I live.
I'm just good with using swords so a longsword would do the job just fine!

An axe would sink deep and be hard to get out. If guns are out of the question (which I assume) I'd use a something sharp and thin, like ico pickle but longer.
