You could always download TOR Browser. It's similar to Firefox, but it's fully anonymous and you can access sites that are blocked by your ISP.

If you need a VPN, you can use Private Tunnel:
https://www.privatetunnel.com/home/
I use this all the time to change my IP. You get a certain amount of data though. Just download the program and sign up. Whenever you run out of green data on the program, just create a new account and sign into the program, you will have full data again.
