Hello guys, I'm just wondering where I could find out peoples First & Last name from using the IP. When I was younger I've seen videos of people acting like "Anonymous" to scare other people over xbox live. But I'd like to know how they got their First, Last & Address. All I could ever get was the town & state they lived in.

What you have to do is contact their ISP. (Internet Service Provider).

Gotta know how to be smart with your words. Slowly trick the ISP into thinking your some business and you need their contact details with the IPv4 address you provide.
