ICQ is a messaging service with a web version located at http://web.icq.com. Anyone can send fake pin submit smss in the site by entering the country and the target number in the form. After this the targeted user will receive a sms with a pin in his/her phone. To repeat the sms a user need to press "Didn't receive SMS?", enter the number again to re-send.
To bypass this limitation i'm releasing ICQ Mobile Prank. Basically what a user need to do is enter the country code + phone number (example 351960001234) and hit the Send! button as many times as needed.
Note: If the user is log on in ICQ the sms will not be delivered.
