I am currently a high school student. I just wanted to share that my dad just bought me a laptop. it's second hand though, but I love it. Someday I want to become a web developer.

Start looking into things now, collect information, sites, apps, programs, etc. Theres a handful of free or cracked classes out there to get you started and give you a basic understanding and you can increase your skills from there.
