unless you have tons of bitcoins then go on dark web and buy whatever you want, from drugs, hacking anyone, guns, whores, resources, a new life, human parts (ie. heart, eyes, kidney etc) or even human dolls o.O

Simple. Download Tor Brrowser, then put in the url link of which site you wanna visit.
I'd highly recommend googling it first though, since the wrong sites can be harmful.
But I use it a ton.
Oh and you use bitcoin as payment.
