How to get the "Service Text" on Postbit

I was searching through your forums to see if I could find some useful plugins and etc and I cam across something a members page that caught my eye.  They had this text under their postbit I believe to be the amount of time they have been with the community. I was wondering how would someone accomplish that?

The text says how you earn it. For example on my post it it says 1 year of service that means I've been on the forum for a year or longer.

No I was wondering if it was Coding that you guys did or if you had a plugin that did it.

I was wanting something similar for my guild forums. It would be a nice feature.

But if it's something that cant be discussed it's okay :P
